Courtesy Citybizlist – Cal Ripken Jr.’s business interests generate $30 million a year in gross revenue and include in addition a foundation with a $14 million annual budget, according to Forbes.
The 52-year-old Hall of Famer, whose name has became synonymous with doing things the right way on and off the field, is now CEO and president of Ripken Baseball, a business he founded with his kid brother and former Orioles teammate, Bill. He also oversees two minor league teams, two youth baseball academies, a stadium design business, among other business interests, the report said.
