Mayor Brandon M. Scott on Tuesday announced the talent line up for the Charm City Live 2025 music festival.

The free, one-day festival takes place on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 12 p.m to 9 p.m. at War Memorial Plaza.

“Baltimore has already had a phenomenal 2025 festival season, with hundreds of thousands enjoying AFRAM 49 and the new and improved Artscape,โ€ Scott said. โ€œNow, we are finishing it off strong with the fourth annual Charm City Live festival. This event has become a staple of our city’s music scene and a true celebration of community. This year, we’re welcoming The-Dream, Jeffrey Osbourne, and Lucky Daye to Downtown Baltimore. You won’t want to miss it!”

In addition to nationally known music artists, the festival will have food vendors, local merchants and makers, and a hiring fair to connect residents looking for work with job openings in city government.

“Charm City Live brings vibrancy and energy to the heart of the city, drawing people in to celebrate everything that makes Baltimore shine,” said Shelonda Stokes, president of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore. “I applaud Mayor Scott’s vision for creating moments like this that showcase our culture, support local businesses, and invite the world to experience all that makes us special.”

Dr. Reginald Moore, Executive Director of Baltimore City Recreation & Parks said he could hardly believe it was time to gear up for the fourth annual Charm City Live festival. He called it โ€œa true end-of-summer tradition.โ€

“We’re excited to welcome residents and visitors back to historic War Memorial Plaza for a day filled with music, culture, great food, and community spirit,โ€ Moore said. โ€œJust like last year, we’re focused on creating a safe, smooth, and joyful experience for everyone who comes out to celebrate.”

Charm City Live 2025, like previous years, will be held at War Memorial Plaza. This will prompt road closures in the area on the day of the festival. Residents can expect closures at Gay, Baltimore, Saratoga, Lexington, and Fayette streets. Several parking lots and garages will be available and designated for this event.
