In celebration of 4/20, a few hundred weed enthusiasts and merchants, as well as the curious, packed into the Charm City Smoke Fest in Station North. Up at Ottobar, bands specializing in doom metal, stoner rock and psychedelic rock kicked off the night-long Grim Reefer Fest at 4:20 p.m.
