Earlier this week, the Baltimore Peninsula development team announced it has signed a new 9,000 sq. ft. lease with Clyde’s Restaurant Group (CRG) for an event space on the third floor of the Rye Street Market building. The venue, which will be called Overlook on Baltimore Peninsula, will focus on corporate events, weddings, and milestone celebrations.
Overlook, which is now open and ready for business, has space for up to 300 guests and features indoor and rooftop deck space with views of the Patapsco River.
This is CRG’s second concept in the neighborhood as the group opened the 12,000 sq. ft. restaurant Rye Street Tavern last year at the Sagamore Spirit distillery.
