pepsisThe real estate bubbles aren’t bursting for Big Soda. Coke and Pepsi are looking to make some moves with buildings in the Baltimore area.

The Pepsi sign in Woodberry could be changing hands. According to the Baltimore Messenger, the distribution site in Woodberry could become retail and residential development, with a potential Harris Teeter. Developers and Pepsi are in negotiations for the sitwe, which is at 1650 Union Ave.

As part of a broader move to shake up their production facilities, Coca-Cola is selling two facilities in Maryland to a separate company that’s confusingly called Coca Cola Bottling Co. The facility, located at 701 N Kresson St. is one of nine being sold by the Atlanta-based company.

Neither deal is done yet.
