It’s settled. Columbia, Md., is the best place to live in America. Money Magazine says so.
The small town topped the magazine’s list of the Top 50 “Best Places to Live 2016” all by itself, after several years in the Top 10 partnered with Ellicott City.
Money Magazine sums up Columbia’s appeal: “A planned community that prizes economic and social diversity.”

It looks like Columbia’s livability is going to stay strong, as the town plans to add a bike share program in 2017.
