Living at the Four Seasons won’t seem so strange for about 60 luxury condo seekers. The additional floors being constructed on top of the Harbor East hotel are set to be complete in June, and the property managers are opening up sales this week.
As is often the case with a property that bills itself as “Baltimore’s most prestigious address,” some of the condos at the Four Season Private Residences were already snapped up. According to a release, 20 of the 62 condos are already under contract.
“The number of residences already under contract has certainly surpassed our expectations and truly reflects the demand for these one-of-a-kind impressive homes,” said Charlie Hatter, co-partner in the property’s sales and marketing firm Prime Building Advantage, which also oversees selling at the Ritz Carlton, Silo Point and The Vue at Harbor East.
The eight levels of condos themselves feature floor-to-ceiling windows to get a better view. A 28th floor resident-only club level includes even more amenities like a dog run, indoor/outdoor pool, golf simulator, billiards lounge and, of course, a bar.
