The Maryland SPCA’s 20th Annual March for the Animals will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Druid Hill Park in Baltimore (on-site registration begins at 9 a.m.). Animal lovers and their four-legged friends are invited to participate in the 1.5 mile walk-a-thon and festival to help raise funds to provide care, shelter, food, spay/neuter procedures and medication for the homeless pets in the MD SPCA’s adoption center. Last year’s March raised more than $386,000. This year’s goal is to raise $400,000. www.marchfortheanimals.org.
