While we are saying goodbye to our Greenspring office and some of our wonderful agents this week, we are excited to move forward with Coldwell Banker at our new location in Cross Keys. As always, our clients are our most important assets, and we intend to continue the high level of service that you’ve come to expect with Coldwell Banker in general and the Whit Harvey Group specifically.
We received the news that the Greenspring office would be closing its doors after 10 years with mixed emotions. We will miss manager Bob Kimbell, who did an exceptional job supporting all of the agents in the office, including hosting numerous educational seminars on site, and creating an atmosphere of integrity and cooperation.
With the decision to close the Greenspring Coldwell Banker office, three of our agents chose to move with another team to a different brokerage. We wish them the best of luck in their new venture, and look forward with excitement to our own.
After reviewing several opportunities that were offered to the Whit Harvey Group, we decided to continue with Coldwell Banker, because of their resources, technology, brand recognition, and commitment to their clients.
Manager Kimberly Kepnes and agents at the Roland Park office in Cross Keys have been incredibly kind and welcoming, offering us office space and technological assistance that will ensure that the transition is a smooth one for everybody. The agents at this dynamic office work well together as a group, and we are excited to join their team.
What hasn’t changed about the Whit Harvey Group?
Whit Harvey – mentor, storyteller, and Baltimore native who began his career in Real Estate in 1982 and has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the area’s top agents. Whit is committed to building a streamlined team who believe the client is the top priority.
As Whit’s assistant for over 16 years, Renee Robinson is the behind-the scenes force that oversees the details and keeps the team running smoothly so that the agents can focus their attention on their clients.
Carter Harvey may be the newest Whit Harvey Group team member, but he’s been in real estate virtually his entire life. Growing up with a father who has been in the business since before he was born has allowed Carter to see firsthand what makes a good agent – integrity, dedication, and a willingness to work hard for his clients.
Transactions manager and licensed agent, Kimberly Roberts makes sure that documents are where they are supposed to be when they need to be there. Her expertise and passion is in managing the details to ensure that the process goes smoothly from contract through settlement.
Cathy Evans from Shoot the Moon continues to create marketing strategies specifically tailored to each listing including brochures, blogging, advertising and special events. When it comes to Real Estate clients, she is exclusive to the Whit Harvey Group brand.
As the Whit Harvey Group continues to evolve in the coming months and years, we will not waver from our goal to be your realtors for life. To quote Coach Taylor from Friday Night Lights, “Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose!”
