Embracing Change at the Whit Harvey Group

crosskeysBlog

While we are saying goodbye to our Greenspring office and some of our wonderful agents this week, we are excited to move forward with Coldwell Banker at our new location in Cross Keys. As always, our clients are our most important assets, and we intend to continue the high level of service that you’ve come to expect with Coldwell Banker in general and the Whit Harvey Group specifically.

We received the news that the Greenspring office would be closing its doors after 10 years with mixed emotions. We will miss manager Bob Kimbell, who did an exceptional job supporting all of the agents in the office, including hosting numerous educational seminars on site, and creating an atmosphere of integrity and cooperation.

With the decision to close the Greenspring Coldwell Banker office, three of our agents chose to move with another team to a different brokerage. We wish them the best of luck in their new venture, and look forward with excitement to our own.

After reviewing several opportunities that were offered to the Whit Harvey Group, we decided to continue with Coldwell Banker, because of their resources, technology, brand recognition, and commitment to their clients.

Manager Kimberly Kepnes and agents at the Roland Park office in Cross Keys have been incredibly kind and welcoming, offering us office space and technological assistance that will ensure that the transition is a smooth one for everybody. The agents at this dynamic office work well together as a group, and we are excited to join their team.

What hasn’t changed about the Whit Harvey Group?
