Solve the mystery of gluten and dairy free baking. Bake gluten free cookies, muffins, cakes and pies to delight everyone. Plan to take treats home with you! In this series on gluten free cooking you will learn to shop and stock your pantry, prepare meals and sweets that satisfy, with gluten and dairy free components. Egg and soy substitutions will also be discussed. Tips provided for converting old favorite recipes into new gluten and dairy free versions. Materials/food cost $45 due at the first class.
