Pimlico still has more than a month until it’s under the national spotlight for the Preakness Stakes. But today, the famed track will be occupied by runners of a more squat variety: bulldogs. The Racing of Bulls, as it’s known, is all part of Bulldog Day, hosted by Hunt Valley Animal Hospital. There will also be contests for English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Pugs and Boston Terriers; prizes; food trucks and, apparently, a kissing booth. Come on out for a day of human and canine socializing during a celebration of all things bulldog.
9 a.m.-2 p.m., Pimlico Race Course, 5201 Park Heights Ave., (410) 527-0800, bulldogday2018.com.
