Walk to EVERYTHING. Water, Harbor East, Canton, Patterson Park, Hopkins, and of course Fells Point Square. Don’t forget about the FESTIVALS and concerts and open air movies all summer long.  If you’re a sports fan, you know when the Os win because you can hear the fireworks. Speaking of fireworks: watching July 4, New Years, and Flag Day fireworks from the roof deck.  The fun doesn’t stop when the weather gets cold- Parade of Boats, Santa’s tugboat arrival, Olde Tyme Christmas keeps things toasty  in the winter.  If you love entertaining, parties, parties, parties all year long in the big backyard!
