Ojas Wellness invites federal employees to attend yoga classes and will give 25 percent off massages until the government reopens
Starting today, Ojas Wellness Center will offer free yoga classes and discounted massage services to all federal employees with a valid ID. Discounts of 25 percent may be applied to massages scheduled before 5 p.m., Monday โ Friday, until the government reopens.
โFinancial and job uncertainty are among the biggest stressors in an individualโs life,โ said Ojas owner, Kelly Wilkes. โAs professional stress-fighters, we want to show our love and support for our federal workers in this incredibly difficult time.โ
โWith 300,000 federal workers in the Baltimore area, weโre seeing both clients and staff affected by the shutdown,โ said Ojas co-owner, Rex Wilkes. โIf we can positively impact these individualsโ health right now, we want to do it.โ
Federal employees are asked to call any Ojas location for assistance in scheduling their massage appointments. Class schedules may be found online at
