I am in love with this home on Wagner Road. I saw it last year when the owner was just beginning the staging process, which was to include carpet removal, floor refinishing, and painting. I loved the house even then, but when I entered it this week, it simply took my breath away. It is a home that has clearly been loved by its current owners.
With her exceptional artist’s eye (and hand) the current owner chose a lovely soft palette of interior colors and did all of the painting herself.
In one of my favorite bedrooms the owner decided to leave the wallpaper, which is a lightly sprigged floral pattern – even touching up places that needed it after cleaning – preserving an absolutely delightful and feminine room for the next little girl.
Carpet was removed to reveal Georgia pine floors on the second level. Newly refinished they gleam in the abundant natural light. Speaking of light, let’s talk about the windows… they are everywhere.
