Los Angeles-based furniture retailer 7th Avenue plans to open its first Maryland showroom this fall in Baltimore’s Harbor East.

The 1,028-square-foot showroom will be located at 830 Aliceanna St.

“We are always on the lookout for trendy up-and-coming brands to complement our curated retail mix, and 7th Avenue is the perfect fit,” Harbor East President Tim O’Donald said in a statement. “This showroom will be the first one in Maryland, joining a distinguished lineup of retailers, including Alo Yoga, Patagonia, Chanel Beauty, Saatva, and others who are also choosing Harbor East as their first Maryland store.”

7th Avenue is known for their modular sofas and sectionals, which employ water-repellent and stain-resistant fabrics, memory foam-blend cushions, covers that can be removed and machine-washed, and back cushions that can be adjusted to the customer’s desired firmness.

The company also sells other indoor and outdoor seating, including daybeds, armchairs, and more.

“Bringing 7th Avenue to Harbor East is more than just a new location; it’s a milestone in our mission to redefine modern living,” said Clary Groen, vice president of real estate for 7th Avenue, in a statement. “Baltimore has an incredible energy, and we couldn’t think of a better place than this vibrant, waterfront district to showcase our commitment to design that is as functional as it is beautiful.”
