Future Islands

One of the beloved Baltimore bands to get national buzz is set to drop a new album this year.

Future Islands are set to drop a new album in April. It’s called The Far Field, and will be out April 7, in case you want to start the countdown. Though the trio has already arrived on the national scene, a guest appearance by Debbie Harry from Blondie may further confirm their status.

The 4AD release will be the band’s follow-up to 2014’s Singles, which got lots of attention. The Grammys and David Letterman showed love.
