Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Baltimore, Inc., a volunteer-driven non-profit, is holding a holiday gift drive for foster care children. Get yours in by December 7.
“Sadly, children in foster care struggle with feelings of sadness, loneliness and disappointment, especially during the holiday season,” said Susan Burger, executive director of CASA. “Our holiday gift drive invites Baltimoreans to give directly to children in foster care, while helping these children feel the love and joy the holiday season brings.”
CASA of Baltimore City seeks donations of gifts and gift certificates, but if you can’t get to the store to buy a gift send a financial contributions so staff can purchase gifts for CASA children.
Items must be delivered by December 7 to the CASA office at 511 E. Baltimore St. or mailed to CASA at P.O. Box 13004, Baltimore, Md. 21203. For more information, visit www.casabalt.org or call 410-244-1465.
