The Harbor Point Ice Festival returns to Baltimoreโs waterfront on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at Harbor Point Central Plaza.
This yearโs festival will transform the plaza with circus-themed ice sculptures and live entertainment, including an interactive installation and carving demonstrations throughout the day. Master sculptors will turn massive blocks of ice into sparkling works of art right before your eyes. People of all ages are invited to enjoy the icy showcases and warm up with seasonal treats and hot drinks, which will be available for purchase.

This yearโs festival incorporates a carnival-inspired element, with boutique circus performances and roaming characters in the plaza to entertain visitors. Living statues and stilt walkers from Baltimore Hoop Love, unicycle and tightrope acts from Michael Rosmanโs Old Bay Circus Company will be on hand to surprise and amaze attendees. There will be a canine performance by Circus Stella, an aerial silks routine by Chi Akano (The Body Poet), and music by DJ 7oey.
When hunger and thirst strikes, the festival will have you covered with offerings like loaded baked potatoes from Craving Potato Truck, funnel cakes rom Funnel Fare, cotton candy, popcorn and Egyptian street food from Koshary Corner. Beverages by Bar Movement will feature kiddie hot cocoa, an Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned hot toddy and a mezcal hot cocoa.
The Harbor Point Ice Festival is free and open to the public. Harbor Point Central Plaza is located at 1310 Point Street, Baltimore, MD. This event will take place rain or shine. For more details and information about the festival, visit Harbor Pointโs website.
