Warm up street-side Tuesday evenings in December with Harbor East’s Hot Chocolate Happy Hour, sponsored by Whole Foods Market Harbor East! From 5:30PM-7:30PM on December 3^rd, 10^th and 17^th we’ll be serving up complimentary hot chocolate “shots” and sweet treats to holiday shoppers. Swing by our “bar” on Aliceanna Street (between S. Exeter and S.
