In season one of House of Cards, Zoe Barnes lived in a scuzzy apartment in a bad part of town. Now that apartment could be yours!
There are some important differences between the TV version of the apartment and its real-life counterpart. For one, it’s in Baltimore, and not D.C. Furthermore, it’s not inhabited by an upstart journalist — in fact, it’s currently vacant. According to the listing on Craigslist, it’s 750 square feet and it rents for $725 a month. That’s a $75 increase over the last time this place was on the market, back in 2013. (Note the screenshots from the TV show in the apartment rental listing. That’s not something you see every day!)
