Julian Jones stopped just short of declaring victory Tuesday night in the Democratic primary for Baltimore County Executive.
He said he wants to respect the people whose mail in ballots have not yet been counted.
“But to be very clear we are getting to a mathematical impossibility,” Jones said. “But we’re going to wait and make sure that everybody’s vote is counted.”
