Contact Hike Leader for details and to reserve a place. You must be in good physical condition to participate in moderate to strenuous hikes. Hike leader sets limit on number of hikers. Hikes are free – Mountain Club members have first priority (Annual Memberships begin at just $15). 

The Mountain Club of Maryland was established in 1934 to support, and provide organized hiking opportunities on, the Appalachian Trail.  Hikes are now organized in many Maryland state and local parks, as well. MCM is a Non-profit hiking organization with more than 1,100 members with hikes every Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday year-round. Mcomd.org.
