The Waldorf School of Baltimore invites families to celebrate Earth Week with KidStock, a morning of live music, environmental education, and hands-on eco activities on Sunday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The event will feature performances by two renowned artists whose work connects music with environmental awareness. At 10 a.m., Grammy winners Dan and Claudia Zanes will bring an interactive, folk-infused performance. At 11 a.m., Latin Grammy winner Mr. G will lead a bilingual concert that integrates science, ecology, and conservation themes, encouraging children to see themselves as stewards of the natural world.

Beyond the music, families are invited to explore the school’s wooded campus, including its nature trails, outdoor classrooms, and gardens. A variety of hands-on activities will be available, including eco-crafts, a plant sale, and opportunities to learn about sustainable practices. Guests can bring a picnic or enjoy organic pizza available for purchase.
