One of national furniture chain La-Z-Boy’s Baltimore County stores is changing locations.

La-Z-Boy has closed its store at 2301 York Road in Timonium, but customers will soon be able to shop for all their furniture needs down the road in Towson.

A furniture retailer will open a store the Goucher Commons shopping center in Towson at 803 Goucher Blvd. The shopping center is owned by Urban Edge Properties.

The La-Z-Boy store will occupy a 11,605-square-foot space between Ulta and Sprouts. The space previously was a Halloween City store.

The main building is currently home to several other retailers, including Kirkland’s Home, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, Sprouts Farmers Market, HomeGoods, DSW, and Golf Galaxy.

The shopping center also includes some standalone stores and eateries, including Bonchon, Chipotle Mexican Grill, DXL Mens Apparel, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Mattress Firm, Noodles & Company, and Quickway Japanese Hibachi.

The new La-Z-Boy will join other Maryland locations in the company’s portfolio, including Owings Mills, Columbia, Bel Air, Severn, Annapolis, and Rockville.
