Lara D. Wulff, Ph.D. joined Roland Park Country School as its 10th Head of School on July 1, 2026, bringing 25 years of experience as an educator and leader. Most recently, she served as the Associate Head of School at Moravian Academy and has also held senior-level teaching and leadership roles at St. Catherine’s School and Holton- Arms School. Dr. Wulff’s passion to provide an exceptional education and experiences in an all-girls environment makes her a perfect fit for RPCS.
What drew you to a career in education?
As the daughter of educators, I learned first-hand how the educational journey impacts a student’s sense of self and ability to thrive in a complex and changing world. Having served as a teacher and administrator in girls’ schools for more than two decades, I have been privileged to guide young women as they discover who they are and who they might become. An excellent education is the foundation for gaining perspective, discovering purpose, and building a life of meaning.
What qualities set your school apart?

As a “school under one roof,” girls experiment, learn resilience, and find their own unique path as artists and athletes, scholars and volunteers, leaders and active participants.
