Natalia Mistichelli, proud alumna of the Class of 1990, officially began her tenure as President of The Catholic High School of Baltimore on July 1, 2026. She returns to Catholic High with 20 years of experience in nonprofit development at Catholic Charities of Baltimore. With her commitment to the school’s Franciscan tradition, a strategic growth mindset, and a student-centered approach, Natalia aims to cultivate a transformative educational experience preparing young women to reach their full potential.
What drew you to a career in education?
The opportunity to serve and lead my alma mater, a school that holds a special place in my heart and helped build the foundation for the person I am today, is what drew me to a career in education. My goal is to provide the young women at Catholic High with the same educational journey that I had; one that combined service, academics, leadership, and sports which will prepare them for success while creating joy-filled memories and relationships that will last a lifetime.
