From getting back in the game to staying active for life, discover a different approach to physical therapy with Rehab 2 Perform.
Life doesn’t slow down just because your body does.
There’s another race on the calendar. Another round of golf. Another workout you don’t want to miss. Another chance to compete, explore, or simply do the things that make you feel like yourself.
But when pain or injury gets in the way, you start making adjustments. You skip the run. Modify the workout. Sit out the game. Tell yourself you’ll get back to it eventually.
And sometimes, eventually turns into months.
You shouldn’t have to settle for watching life from the sidelines.
That’s where a different approach to physical therapy comes in. One that goes beyond managing pain and focuses on building the strength, confidence, and capacity to get back to doing what you love.
It’s what drives the fitness-forward approach at Rehab 2 Perform, where rehabilitation and performance come together to prepare you for whatever life throws your way.

A Different Approach to Physical Therapy
Many people picture physical therapy as treatment tables, stretches, and a few exercises to do at home. Those can have their place. But they’re not the whole picture.
Think about what your body needs to do. Running requires endurance and the ability to absorb force over and over. Strength training requires control under load. Golf asks for rotation and coordination. Pickleball demands quick starts, stops, and changes in direction.
Even carrying groceries or chasing your kids around the backyard requires strength and capacity.
Your rehabilitation should reflect the life you’re trying to return to.
That’s what it means to Perform For Life. Not just recovering from an injury, but developing the physical ability and confidence to keep doing what you love, at every age and stage of life.

Feeling Better Is Progress. Getting Back to Life Is the Goal.
Pain has improved. Movement feels easier. Confidence is coming back. But are you prepared for what comes next?
Jogging for five minutes is different from running a half marathon. A bodyweight squat is different from a challenging strength workout. Walking comfortably is different from competing in a recreational soccer game.
That’s why effective physical therapy should evolve as you improve. At Rehab 2 Perform, that progression follows four phases:
Restore. Address symptoms and rebuild foundational movement.
Refine. Improve movement quality, strength, and control.
Prepare. Develop capacity for the demands of your activities.
Perform. Return to doing what you love, with the tools to keep moving forward.
It’s not about turning everyone into an elite athlete. Everyone has something they want to perform for.
Maybe you’re returning to exercise after having a baby. Training for your first race. Working through recurring discomfort at the gym. Recovering from surgery. Or maintaining strength and mobility as you get older.

Healthcare That Meets You Where You Are
Different people. Different goals. Different starting points.
An individualized plan starts with understanding what matters to you, then progressively challenging your strength, movement, and endurance while measuring progress along the way.
The goal isn’t simply to finish physical therapy. It’s to leave stronger, more capable, and ready for whatever comes next.
Coming Soon to Baltimore’s Harbor Point
Fitness-forward physical therapy is coming to Baltimore’s Harbor Point.
Rehab 2 Perform is preparing to open its newest physical therapy and sports rehabilitation clinic in November, bringing its fitness-forward, gym-based model of care to the city’s waterfront.
Located at 1413 Point Street, Baltimore, MD 21231, the clinic will serve Harbor Point, Harbor East, Fells Point, the Inner Harbor, downtown Baltimore, and surrounding communities.
The Harbor Point team includes Dr. Sam Dolch and Dr. Haley Rykiel, Doctors of Physical Therapy. Services will include individualized physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, and pelvic health physical therapy, including pregnancy and postpartum care.
While the Harbor Point clinic is new, Rehab 2 Perform’s connection to Baltimore is not. For more than a decade, R2P has supported active communities throughout the region through local running events, educational workshops, fitness partnerships, and community initiatives focused on helping people move and perform at their best.
R2P also serves the region through locations in Owings Mills, Columbia, and communities across Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Don’t Sit on the Sidelines. Be Ready 2 Perform.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or tired of letting physical limitations decide what you can do, there’s a path forward. It starts with where you are, where you want to go, and a plan to get there.
