Our own Marion Winik, writer of the Baltimore Fishbowl monthly column Bohemian Rhapsody, will premiere her new book, “The Baltimore Book of the Dead” on Sunday, September 30 at 5 p.m. on the Inner Harbor Stage at the Baltimore Book Festival.
The book is a compilation of funny, intimate and moving essays about people who have had an impact on Marion’s life. Some of the essays were originally published in the Baltimore Fishbowl. Read more about the book, here.
Baltimore Fishbowl will host a reception at the book festival to honor Marion, who has written for Baltimore Fishbowl since 2011.
Winik is also appearing at the festival on Saturday with novelists Evan Balkan, Victoria Kennedy and Heather Huddleston, and memoirist Anthony Moll.
