Just before the holidays about two decades ago, Michael Galway and Anthony Clarke received an offer: it was to sell bottles of Brennan’s Irish Egg Nog, which they were selling at one of their Irish Restaurant Company bistros, Annapolis stalwart Galway Bay.
“The approach came via the distributor and we agreed,” said Clarke, the co-owner of IRC, which also owns and operates three other restaurants in Anne Arundel County. “However, they stopped making it in 2004.”
