The Confederate White Knights, a Ku Klux Klan group out of Rosedale, held a public meeting on Dec. 20 in Elkton to advocate for both the impeachment of our “illegal president” and the introduction of legislation to finally get rid of illegal immigrants.

While everything’s pretty much status quo on those two action items, the meeting has had a measurable effect in at least one area: the NAACP’s Cecil County chapter has reported a jump in membership.

Chapter President Elyse Murray told the Cecil Whig, “People say they’re disgusted and they want to get involved.” Apparently, these people didn’t get the memo that the Klan was “not a hate group” or whatever.
