The Confederate White Knights, a Ku Klux Klan group out of Rosedale, held a public meeting on Dec. 20 in Elkton to advocate for both the impeachment of our โ€œillegal presidentโ€ and the introduction of legislation to finally get rid of illegal immigrants.

While everythingโ€™s pretty much status quo on those two action items, the meeting has had a measurable effect in at least one area: the NAACPโ€™s Cecil County chapter has reported a jump in membership.

Chapter President Elyse Murray told the Cecil Whig, โ€œPeople say theyโ€™re disgusted and they want to get involved.โ€ Apparently, these people didnโ€™t get the memo that the Klan was โ€œnot a hate groupโ€ or whatever.
