Midshipmen are known for their well-choreographed moves, but not quite like this. An all-Navy cast offers a tour of downtown Annapolis with “Naptown Funk.”
The video, of course, is a take on “Uptown Funk.” The Navy version was the idea of Senior Ryan Tuohy, who brought in high production value and drone footage. And he even managed to close down Maryland Ave.
