After a winter of snow, snow, and more snow, who would’ve guessed that rain would be the most damaging precipitation to hit Baltimore this year? After the floating Dumpster and collapsing street, we thought we were through with the weather-related drama… but now WBAL is reporting another mudslide, this time at Western Cemetery. According to WBAL, headstones have been dislodged, but “there’s no word yet as to whether actual graves were compromised.”
I would say something like, “How much worse could this get?!”–but I’m afraid of tempting fate. And, yes, the forecast is calling for more rain this weekend…
