Baltimore County’s new school superintendent said during his first 100 days he will be zeroing in on assessing academic excellence and instructional quality.
In his first news conference Monday since becoming school superintendent last week, William Heiser said there will be a review of the school system’s curriculum and academic performance. He will be visiting schools.
Heiser is promising to spell out a vision of what academic excellence means for the county schools.
