In an interview with ABC’s This Week, former Maryland governor and presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley managed to diss both a Bush (Jeb) and a Clinton (Hillary) at the same time. Hey, two birds, one stone, why not?
O’Malley said a whole bunch of presidential-seeming things about the American Dream in the interview, but the one everyone seems to be focusing on is this line: “The presidency of the United States is not some crown to be passed between two families.” It wasn’t exactly an announcement that he’s running, but it was very very close.
