Baltimore will be a stop on the 2016 roadshow on May 30. According to the Washington Post, thatโs when Martin OโMalley will announce whether (or not) he is running for president.
The news could leak out sooner, as OโMalley is set to clue donors and supporters in on his plans on a conference call Thursday night. OโMalley hasnโt chosen where in Baltimore he would announce, the Post reported.
What it lacked in concrete details, however, the Post made up for in style. The phrase, โThe announcement of an apparent announcement dateโ pretty much sums up presidential politics in 2016 better than any pundit ever could.
