Orioles still have decisions before roster can be finalized

SARASOTA, Fla. — The Orioles’ final Grapefruit League game is just seven days away, and there are still many roster decisions to be made.
Left-hander Donnie Hart was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk March 18, leaving the Orioles with 41 players in camp. Three of them–left-handed closer Zach Britton, designated hitter Mark Trumbo and right-hander Gabriel Ynoa–will start the season on the disabled list, which means 13 more cuts must be made.

“You could have done it the day you got here, but you would have been wrong, probably,” manager Buck Showalter said of constructing a roster.
