Presented by the Friends of Patterson Park, the weekly concerts offer a chance to sprawl out on the hillside by the Pagoda, and forget about the stress of the rest of the week. This year’s booked acts will bring soul, salsa and old time jazz.
And if it rains, you won’t necessarily have to go a week without the fun. As we learned following Sunday’s storms, each concert has a rain date.
Here’s this year’s schedule:
June 17: The Bellevederes
June 23: David Cole and Main St. Blues
June 30: Son Tres y Mas
July 12: Rumba Club
July 21: Victoria Vox and the United Jazz Ensemble
August 11: The Bumper Jacksons
August 23: All Mighty Senators
