An arrest at Arundel Mills Mall led police to a peeping tom who was also wanted in a Towson incident.
According to Anne Arundel County police, on Monday a woman at Arundel Mills Mall reported a man stuck his phone under a stall in the women’s bathroom. Acting on the tip, police arrested Zachary A. Campbell at the McDonald’s on Arundel Mills Blvd.
Once they interviewed him, they connected him to a similar case at Towson University from earlier this month. In that incident, Campbell was accused of recording in the ladies’ room on the third floor of the university’s liberal arts building. CBS Baltimore reports police already obtained a warrant for his arrest in that incident.
