For those who wondered if anyone would go there and dress up as Ray Rice for Halloween: Itโ€™s not even Halloween yet, and someone did. 

The person responsible for the costume dressed up as the former Ravens star who ignited a nationwide debate over domestic violence after he was seen knocking his wife out in an infamous security tape. To add extra offense, he adorned his get-up with a blow-up doll.

The source of the photo was traced to a Reddit post that included the photos and the single statement, โ€œMy friend came to the party as Ray Rice.โ€ The person photographed, who hasnโ€™t been identified, was quickly dubbed an idiot who perpetuates misogyny and makes a joke out of domestic violence, and the person responsible for the โ€œworst thing you can dress as this year.โ€

But thereโ€™s one silver lining. Since the picture of the costume was released a full 10 days before Halloween, it offers an excellent opportunity to remind everyone: Donโ€™t dress as Ray Rice for Halloween.
