Courtesy Citybizlist – Phillips Seafood owners Steve and Maxine Phillips have cut the price of their Annapolis, Md., home (read our Hot House – “Most Expensive House in Maryland: Phillips Seafood House on the Severn”) by ten percent, to $28.8 million after it has remained unsold for over a year, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Listing agent David DeSantis, of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, told the Journal the owners reduced the price because they’re motivated to sell the 23-acre estate overlooking the Severn River. Their children are grown and they’d like a primary residence with a more modest level of upkeep, he said.
