Here’s one way to motivate students to come to class: Promise them a rapper as their new principal (for a day).
ScHoolboy Q, the LA rapper/MC, took charge of Maritime High School this week after the school won the National Attendance Challenge by increasing attendance by 10 percent.
As principal, the rapper encouraged students to work hard, believe in themselves, and take advantage of teamwork. He also posed for lots and lots and lots of selfies.
