The Ravensโ€™ offensive coordinator job is fast becoming a stop on the NFLโ€™s coaching carousel.

When the season ended, it looked like Gary Kubiak would remain with the team after helping Joe Flacco put up his best numbers ever. But Kubiak got his dream job to become the head coach of the Denver Broncos, so he bolted for the Rockies.

That left the Ravens in a bit of a bind. But since itโ€™s still January, there are plenty of recently-fired head coaches in need of a job. A day after Kubiak was installed in Denver, the Ravens hired Marc Trestman, former Bears head coach.

Trestmanโ€™s Bears went 5-11 and struggled. But, not to worry, the Ravens said. He has a โ€œstrong pedigree as an offensive mind.โ€ Heโ€™s already being praised for his โ€œcerebralโ€ approach to the game. Are you ready for someโ€ฆthinking?
