Doors open at 6:30.
Since her appointment in 2009, Justice Sotomayor has become an instant American icon. In My Beloved World, she recounts her journey from a Bronx housing project to the federal bench. Through her still-astonished eyes, America’s infinite possibilities are envisioned anew in this warm and honest book, destined to become a classic of self-invention and self-discovery and an inspiration to all.
Representatives from The Ivy Bookshop will be on hand with copies of the book for sale at the event.
