Last Saturday’s spot of winter weather led to a horrific crash on I-95 in which a Carroll Fuel tanker slipped over the edge of I-95 near Caton Avenue, killing the driver. Our readers were most interested this week in reading about investigators’ search for information on what led to the tragic accident. While authorities are still investigating, they did reveal today that the driver was Clinton Lamont Worrell, Jr., a 31-year Baltimore resident. “Clinton was an outstanding employee during his 2.5+ years with Carroll,” company president John Phelps said in a statement. “He will be sorely missed for his dedication to the job and his friendship.”
