Aaron Jones and Jason Bass met for the first time four years ago drinking whiskey at a bar with mutual friends. They knew they wanted to start a business with strong Baltimore ties, but after a year or so with the clothing line, they had a better idea: bags.

While the latter bring new shoppers into Doubledutch, the former is what often make them return time and time again. Now, two women from Jennings’ staff have launched a second shop, focusing entirely on more such Baltimore-made goods.
