It always breaks your heart to see a poster for a missing dog or cat that likely just wants to get back to its owner. This week, employees at the Maryland Transportation felt a similar tug on their heartstrings upon finding a stuffed toy dog on southbound I-95 just before the Fort McHenry Tunnel.

Investigators Sorting Out Horrific Weekend Crash Involving Tanker on I-95

All eyes were on Baltimore on Saturday morning, when a tanker carrying gasoline skidded clear off of I-95 in Southwest Baltimore and nearly 70 cars collided in a pileup. With the scene now cleared and the ice melted away, authorities are putting the pieces together to figure out exactly what happened.
