At a hearing on Wednesday morning, a Delaware judge set a March 23 trial date for Molly Shattuck, the Delaware Attorney General’s office confirmed. The judge’s move indicates the former Ravens cheerleader is maintaining her not guilty plea to the third-degree rape charges against her, and did not take a plea deal. The Delaware Attorney General’s office had no comment on Shattuck’s decision to proceed to trial.
