Gov. Larry Hogan has ordered Maryland’s April 28 primary election to be postponed until June 2 in response to the coronavirus pandemic, he announced Tuesday. Hogan said the special election to fill former Rep. Elijah Cummings’ 7th Congressional District seat will go forward on April 28 with a mail-in ballot.
