The Baltimore County Council Tuesday night was warned by environmentalists and several city residents to not have the county’s trash incinerated by Wheelabrator in South Baltimore.

The county is considering a ten-year, $154 million contract with the facility.

Environmentalists claim Wheelabrator is a serious air polluter.
