Fun and fantastical costumes abounded at the 22nd Great Halloween Lantern Parade and Festival, held Saturday Oct. 23 in Patterson Park.

The festival and parade were sponsored by the Creative Alliance & Friends of Patterson Park, and photographer Carl Schmidt was there, on behalf of Baltimore Fishbowl. Check out the slideshow below.
